I will lobby our Nevada Legislature for laws that promote the prevention of DEED FRAUD against our homeowners.
I will also take steps to search your records for accuracy and DEED FLAWS, then take action to notify you to get them corrected.
When you need your records for a business transaction, it is not the time to find out your deed records are flawed
Fighting for New Squatter prevention laws for our Homeowners
I will lobby our Nevada Legislature to improve our state laws to protect our homeowners. Our laws, civil and criminal, should not protect the homeless BURGLARS that masquerade as Squatters
Common sense dictates that no squatter should have any right to anyone's home
